I'm passionate about colors, patterns and all things botanical.

Karen discovered her passion for patterns and botanical illustrations while studying interior design in Germany. She loves to combine different colors, shapes and structures with each other and truly enjoys the process of creating analogue art with watercolor, acryl or gouache. Meanwhile the artist made the Mediterranean her new home: Karen gathers inspiration in the beautiful landscapes and old towns of Mallorca as well as on her roadtrips with her campervan through Europe - always with the aim of making the world a bit more beautiful for you.“With my art, I want to capture the moment of joy when a warm ray of sunshine hits your skin or the moonlight bathes the night in its shimmering light. My artworks take you on a little break from everyday life, inspire you to dream and through their intense colors give you both peace and energy at the same time.”
